As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the total service delivery for up to 20 or more apartment communities and providing direction and oversight for 15-30 Service Valets within an assigned district. In this role, you will report to the Regional Director of Operations and work in collaboration with our sales team and ensure client satisfaction through ongoing client engagement and oversight of a part-time workforce responsible for trash and recycling collection on assigned properties.We offer a competitive starting base salary, quarterly bonus, company provided truck, and outstanding benefits.This position requires willingness to work a split shift schedule which includes hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening, depending on needs. You will split your time working from home and in the field / community properties, as necessary up to 50% of the time.Essential duties include:Daily OperationsnProvide on-call support to Service Valets and communities within split shift schedulenResponsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding Service ValetsnResponsible for ensuring daily/nightly completion of resident doorstep trash/recycle pick-up for assigned propertiesnInspect properties regularly for resident and Service Valet compliancenResponsible for creating and managing schedule for part-time workforcenManage a labor budget of up to $150k depending on number of assigned propertiesnPerforms other duties as assignednCustomer RetentionnMakes informed decisions with consideration of customer/associate impact, ensuring maximum quality of servicenCreate and maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property staff through daily site visits and immediate response to questions and concernsnPromote and educate property staff on any/all new service offerings from Valet LivingnOrganizational ActivitiesnComply with, promote and train on all safety policies and procedures.
