Come join our team!Job SummaryDuties include management of inventory as it relates to picking products, replenishing, requisitioning, shipping and receiving. Duties are not limited to the supply room, but extend to all areas of the hospital. Responsible for pulling products for cases as assigned. Identifies excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits.Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory.Makes visual inventory inspections to maintain adequate stock and supply levels; stores new and processed equipment and supplies.Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system.Responsible for maintaining clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars.Acts as liaison between clinical staff and supply chain management as needed.Works with and follows instructions of buyers and department management in the event of recalls to pull relevant products.Cultural Sensitivity and Competence:  Demonstrates proper use of communication tools/materials for effective communication and understands how the culture(s) of patient populations can affect communication, collaboration and the provision of care, treatment and services.  Patient Population Served:  Demonstrates knowledge and proper skills associated with the department’s defined specific populations served.Performs related duties as required.','!*!Education/Work Experience RequirementsOne year of progressively responsible supply chain related experience, preferably in an acute care hospital.Licensure/CertificationNone','We’re an equal opportunity employer.
