If you are a Strategic Facilities Manager with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully managing key performance indicators to drive strong business results, this may be the opportunity for you! n nKey Responsibilities:n nn Management of Fire Life Safety Contracts (Honeywell, Metasys, Simplex, Oliver, AFP, etc)n Track the vendor sign in sheet and ticketsn Maintain vendor contact listn Control General Work Permit processn Assist FMu2019s in calling of vendors when they are in the fieldn Obtain vendor quotes and schedule jobs with vendors as requested by Facilities Managern CMMS Support u2013 Maximo and D365n Liaison to Corporate Facilities Managern Enter notifications into SAP, as neededn Handle timekeeping activities - Kronosn Complete monthly Housekeeping Tours with FM teamn Complete FMTR Tours with FM Teamn Complete monthly Landscaping Tours with FM Teamn Assist FMu2019s with tracking work orders that are flagged GMn Attend Self Inspection tours with FM Teamn Oversee staff supporting the documentation centernn Is this opportunity right for you? Responsible for entire account when the Director of Facilities Ops is not present.
