Job Description: Business Banking Commercial Associate Summary:nPartner with Relationship Managers to develop and recommend industry research and insights for prospect and client meetingsnDevelop strategies to grow business in the market using portfolio analytics and sales toolsnEnable the market to achieve growth targets by developing consistent execution tactics and inspection routinesnAct as a client advisor using insights and recommendations to grow the client's businessnKey Functions:Client & Industry InsightsCounsel Relationship Managers on insights that pertain to the client and/or industry.nLeverage sales tools (Navigator, PeerProfiler, VerticalIQ, Marketing Toolkit , etc.) to develop industry insights for a client or prospect meetingnPropagate industry knowledge across the market to apply learnings to multiple clientsnCreate Peer Profiler Library for the market's most common industriesnProactive Calling & Pre-Call PlanningDevelop and recommend effective calling strategy for the RM's portfolio and targeted prospects to support key business goalsnDevelop pre call plan strategy for all client calls in partnership with SSA to garner existing client informationnDevelop pre call planning package for each client/prospect using insights that will shape a meaningful client conversationnLeverage pre call planning tools to ensure consistency and execution of calling practicesnSupport Executive calling pre call planningnMarket StrategySupports the Market Executive and Relationship Managers in a market strategy to grow the business.nWorks in concert with the Market
