We are looking for a Sr. Events Manager to help create unforgettable events and concepts for our business from our New York office.

You’ll Report To:
Director of Marketing
A typical day as a Sr. Events Manager - Well Good might include:
Working with Integrated Marketing Sales teams in response to client RFPs by crafting compelling event components to proposal asks
Working directly with with SVP Sales Marketing and Marketing Director to devise creative event concepts that drive media spends and event sponsorship
Creating and maintaining built-if-sold event concepts that can be pitched to advertisers on an ongoing basis
Manage all elements of event production, including schedules/timelines, marketing strategy, partner/vendor solicitation, coordination of required logistics, gift bags, etc.
Prepare documents for events, including run-of-show, contact lists, material lists, site maps, and any other materials needed for each event
Liaise with in-house teams including sales, production, editorial, design, social media and other necessary stakeholders to meet and deliver goals for each project
Manage advertiser experience during event and ensure events exceed client & guest expectations
Maintain roster of event vendors, venues, activations specialists, staffing/production agencies, etc. for hire
Create and adhere to event budgets the drive profit margin
You’ll be successful if you have a s
trong events management background within the media/advertising space.
What You Have:
5-8 years direct event management experience
2 years of managerial experience
Incredibly attentive to details
Forward thinking problem solver; responds quickly and seamlessly to obstacles
Ability to juggle many projects at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting with high-level clients
Works well under pressure
Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced, startup environment
Proactive, eager, energetic, team player
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
