This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. We are currently seeking a Manager level TTW candidate between October 2022 - May 2023 for our Consulting Talent Business Advisor team.
Talent Business Advisors (TBA) focus on shaping the way Talent services are delivered to the Business by working in partnership with key business decision makers and establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of the business environment, strategy, and people implications. Our TBAs partner with leadership to address operational, talent, and talent lifecycle-related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation planning, talent growth, inclusion, wellness, regulatory compliance, development, and coaching. TBAs proactively translate the practice business strategies into talent solutions that best enable the business to meet its strategic objectives.
Work you'll do
For this specific TTW opportunity, the TBA will be primarily responsible for assisting the C&M Offering Portfolio with the execution of routine and special Talent management processes.
They may also be asked to partner with business leaders to execute and drive the delivery of our overall Talent strategy for C&M while providing talent solutions in support of the talent strategy and business needs. Activities could include:
Practitioner Year-end support including meeting preparation, facilitation and post meeting follow up.
Provide consultative talent services to business leaders while managing the overall delivery (managing and communicating timelines and critical milestones to leaders) of Talent services and processes across the talent lifecycle. This will require significant partnership with Talent teams across the Firm.
Partner with key decision-making business leaders and other TBAs to craft, execute and drive the delivery of the Talent strategy.
Serve as a point of contact for various Talent related initiatives and activities.
Use data analytics and reporting to advise and guide senior leaders for effective and insightful decision-making; distill complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans.
Lead challenging conversations and interactions.
Leverage the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS), Business Advisors have increased capacity to deliver deep industry insights and market leading practices that underpin and contribute to the definition and execution of business priorities.

The Talent Business Advisor organization champions a One Talent Team mindset through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree, 5 years of Human Resource Management or related experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Required Technical Skills:
Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills; Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Track record of flexibility and learning agility; Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a virtual team (clients and team members); Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills; identification and resolution of issues effectively and appropriately; Ability to perform complex data analysis including data metrics affecting utilization; Ability to properly handle confidential information
Preferred:
Professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,070 to $175,080.
