DescriptionReporting to the Director of Online and Mobile Banking Product Management, this role is centered on the Alerts product strategy. The focus is on developing and managing the Online Banking Product Strategy for Citizens Bank, including creating short and long term objectives, strategies and roadmaps. This role on the digital banking team will focus on the online banking experience with a specific supplemental focus on alerts. This results-driven colleague will aid in the execution of digital banking programs for the Consumer Banking business. They will utilize a user-centric mindset; this individual will be a key contributor in driving the optimal digital banking experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Citizens Bank is well positioned to understand the industry trends and landscape; understand and roadmap what peers are doing and Citizens overall online banking and alerts roadmap to drive areas of focus for the digital channels.
