Our Brooklyn-based firm is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager to support our growing team of attorneys and legal professionals. The right candidate will oversee all HR and Office Management duties as well as nurture a positive, collaborative and inclusive work environment and culture. This position reports to the firm’s owner and is the glue that holds the many fast paced, moving parts together. The ideal candidate will grow with the firm, including potential to take on more elements of law firm administration and management of new teammates.

The position is only suited for an experienced and organized torchbearer who is a sharp and energetic logistical ace, critical thinker, and problem solver. Dedicated to the Firm’s mission and success, the Operations Manager will remove hurdles and add stability that allows the firm to be the fiercest advocate for our pioneering and amazing clients.
This is a full-time position working a hybrid of remote and in-person until we are able to reopen fully and safely. We offer a competitive salary, paid time off, holidays, 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
