Retail Manager Jobs
A retail manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail outlet or store, achieving sales targets, and setting benchmarks for marketing. He has to render customer service for increasing the sales. Retail managers also ensure that optimal inventory levels are maintained for all products in the store. They have to recruit, train, and evaluate team leaders, clerks, housekeeping staff, sales executives, retail executives, and cash handlers. He has to ensure that the store complies with regulations and organizational policies. In addition, retail managers establish and maintain store customer service policies, build good public relations with customers, support and oversee promotional campaigns, and analyze sales reports. They are also responsible for their stores\' profits and losses.
