Operations Manager Jobs
The Operations manager handles various operations, such as production, distribution, sales, and supply chain management, in an effective and efficient manner. Management by an operations manager also requires efficient inventory management, human resources management, fund allocation, studying productivity reports and management of employees, ensuring that sales revenue targets are met or exceeded. The operations manager also has to schedule projects, set priorities, implement SAP and ERP systems. He may also have to resort to business process reengineering, process improvement, and logistics and vendor management. The operations manager might also have to handle customer inquiries for ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting client deadlines.
