IT Project Manager Jobs
The IT project manager is responsible for managing existing operations and implementing new operations processes within the organization. He also has to manage expectations across all stakeholder groups. The IT project manager shares responsibility for project success and manages the day-to-day working of IT organization processes, including performance management. The IT project manager plans and monitors evolution with metrics development and IT management. This includes management of procurement of all IT related purchases. He might also recommend infrastructure improvements or develop, implement, and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures. The IT project manager maintains computer operations, network, and telephony capabilities by utilizing a combination of internal resources as well as external vendors.
Candidates applying to these positions may have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, or Information Technology. The applicant should have 5+ years of IT management experience and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time.
