Customer Service Manager Jobs

The marketing manager who is dedicatedly assigned the customer service management aspects of the company are known as the Customer service manager. Duties of the customer service manager include recruiting, training and managing a team of customer service executives. He has to handle customer service issues escalated by team members, analyze the customer base demographics, and report the findings. The customer service manager has to maintain and update customer service policy manual and ensure that the policies are followed properly. He has to coordinate with sales managers and logistics managers; and maintain customer service time and queues. The customer service manager has to ensure communication of promotional offers and benefits to regular and premium customers.
Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or sales. Several years of experience in a customer service oriented role may be expected. Experience of managing or designing a brand management, customer loyalty program or even a customer retention program will prove to bean asset.
