Description:

•Work with the industry’s most innovative product marketing team to develop highly differentiated product messaging.

•Develop competitive marketing materials and messaging based on individually performed competitive research to differentiate Data.com offerings in the market.

•Deeply understand how customers use salesforce.com and Data.com in unique ways to drive higher ROI.

•Create inspiring and compelling customer videos to use for events and web marketing.

•Create killer sales tools that help find Data.com opportunities within the existing customer base and support the Customers For Life teams differentiate and drive higher renewal rates.

•Build customer loyalty program with the Data.com customer teams and develop marketing materials and messaging to support customer retention.

•Interact with Data.com customers and prospects to build personas and understanding of customer needs to drive product requirements.

•Drive the creation of thought leadership content (blogs, tweets, Facebook content) in the data, sales productivity and social enterprise markets.

•Collaborate with product management to identify customer use cases and prioritized needs to influence future product.

•Create compelling and easy to understand presentations that help convey the value of Data.com

Experience/Skills Required

•5 years experience in product marketing in a high tech company (enterprise software experience preferred)

•Experience with social media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google) and its impact in the enterprise applications market

•Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively

•Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to large stage audiences

•Willingness and supported track record of collaborating with sales organization to win deals

•Strong communications and writing skills and ability to work well cross functionally

•Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content

•Experience developing graphically interesting and compelling presentations and collateral

•MBA a plus (but we also like brilliant people who didn't go to business school...)
